Hi there, I'm Tulsa!

With the current state of the world, it's hard to gain footing or change your situation. When was the last time you did something to help yourself or release stress? Let's get you back on track to putting your mental health first—to putting yourself first.

My focus

I know adjusting to a new reality can be hard and exhausting. I work with teens, college-aged adults, and adults managing anxiety, depression, and life transitions—high school, college, newfound adulthood, or finding yourself after relationship loss. My goal is for you to feel like your ideal self and learn how to maintain it.

My approach

I take a creative approach to therapy and research new ways to help specific problems. I use solution-focused, person-centered, narrative, and existential approaches. As a first-generation American, I bring a multicultural lens to certain issues. I'm eclectic and tailor the experience to every client I meet.
