Hi there, I'm Brian!

Are you striving to find satisfaction with your work, life or relationships? Do you want to focus on fixing immediate problems rather than unraveling past hurts? Do you want to build a strong foundation for your current or future relationship? Have you grown tired of being treated like a problem and not a person? Do you prefer to work with a therap

My focus

In the same way that I found a rewarding new story for my life after finding myself stuck in a midlife dead-end, I enjoy helping clients navigate life transitions, whether it's from starting or changing their career, new relationships, midlife transitions, empty-nesting, or retirement.

My approach

I primarily take a narrative approach to counseling. Narrative therapy begins with the premise that you are not the problem; the problem is the problem. The way we see ourselves is defined by the language that we use. My role is to help you develop an alternate personal narrative so that you may move forward with courage and confidence.
