I see adults of all ages with various diagnoses. My therapy approach is tailored to individuals' needs and presenting problems. The Person-Centered, Humanistic, and Cognitive Behavioral approaches appeal to me most when appropriate.

I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self-esteem, adjustment issues, grief, and depression.
My approach
I consider myself Humanistic, and I tend to use Cognitive Behavioral Theory in most cases. I do apply other approaches, such as DBT, as appropriate. I also tend to take skills from different approaches as I see fit for the needs of my clients.
