I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Georgia. I work with clients in Florida and Georgia statewide via Telehealth and in person. I work well with adolescents, young adults, and adults.
My focus
My client focus includes First Responders and their families, active, reserve, and retired military educators, individuals and families struggling with life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress, and anger management, including children, teens, young adults, and adult families, couples, and individuals.
My approach
My approach to the therapy process is individualized and tailored to the client’s needs. As a trauma therapist, my approach is primarily based on a Trauma-focused lens. I frequently use Trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy and cognitive behavior therapy as these evidence-based modalities assist in nurturing the therapeutic relationship.
