In our work together, I offer a space that is reflective, grounded, and emotionally honest. I believe symptoms are not just problems to eliminate but signals pointing toward deeper truths—unresolved grief, unmet needs, or a disconnection from self and others.

My journey to mental healthcare

While I started as a Computer Science major in college, I took a psychology class that completely changed the course of my life. I fell in love with wanting to know more about the mind and why we do what we do. Exploring the human experience and being able to help others both explore and heal is a true honor for me to be a part of.
