My journey to mental healthcare

I've always been drawn to helping others. After working in a day treatment program, I realized I was making a real difference and wanted to deepen my ability to connect with and support clients on their healing journeys.

My goals for you

You set the goals in your own words because therapy is about what you want and need. Once we establish your goals, we discuss how we'll work together to reach them, including the steps and interventions that will support your progress.

Our first session

My initial session is like me discussing my plans for the client under the assumption that the client has hired me to build him/her a new house.
