My communication style has been described as warm, attuned, and intentional. I employ active listening skills, empathy and validation, nonjudgmental and neutral tones, clarity and simplicity, with gentle confrontation that helps clients notice patterns empathically.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy began with a mix of personal, intellectual, and professional reasons. I have always had a deep desire to provide a space where people could share their stories and believe that their stories mattered. As a young child, I was fascinated with human behavior. I often found myself curious about how people think, feel, and act.

Every session is unique and caters to your specific personalized goals by offering traditional and holistic options that are science-backed. I believe in a balance of collaboration, structure, and empowerment to help you achieve real wellness.

Our first session

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. Therapy is a process, and we’ll continue to build our work together over time. It’s completely normal to feel nervous about your first appointment.
