My communication style

I offer a relaxed environment. I do not have virgin ears, tell me how you feel or your perspective on how you see and feel it. I tailor each session to the unique person you are.

My journey to mental healthcare

My compassion to see people happy and living life has been at the start of my life. Once I understood how protective parts appear when a negative emotion arises, I turned courses and got more trauma-focused training to align with my systemic models of therapy. I use this combination of nervous system regulation with evidence-based therapy.

My goals for you

My goal is to teach you to be the leader of your own life. Not to depend on others or objects for your happiness. Do not depend on therapy as your only safe place. You will gain awareness of yourself that you can use in almost any situation. Be able to heal from the past, be able to present and enjoy life.

Our first session

I want to hear your story, insight, and perspective on your concerns. We will explore the messages and emotions that tend to pattern around them. Together, we will gain insight into your internal system so you can leave therapy with the tools and awareness to live the life you desire.
