I approach our work with active listening, offering you time and space to reflect on your experiences while I engage with empathy and understanding. When we’re navigating difficult or sensitive topics, you can expect me to remain steady, patient.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to therapy by a deep interest in human resilience and a genuine desire to help people navigate life’s challenges. Working with pre-teens, adults, and more seasoned individuals has given me a broad perspective on the unique struggles and strengths that come with each stage of life. I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow, heal.

My goals for you

I see therapy as a partnership. Together, we’ll set goals that matter to you whether that’s improving relationships, building self-esteem, or pursuing personal growth. As you gain new insights, we’ll adapt your plan to stay meaningful and supportive as you move toward where you want to be.

Our first session

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get acquainted and talk about what’s led you to seek therapy. It’s completely natural to feel a bit nervous this is a collaborative process that we’ll develop together over time. We’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you, taking things one step at a time, and I’ll be here to support.
