Many struggle with mood swings, relationship conflicts, or difficulty managing stress. I help them learn practical tools to calm their minds and respond thoughtfully.

My approach is structured, direct, and collaborative. I use CBT to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns and replace them with balanced perspectives. Through DBT, I teach skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and improving relationships.
