My focus
I specialize in working with clients ages 18-65 with concerns including depression, anxiety, drug recovery, relationship issues, anger, trauma, racial trauma, career challenges, women's and men's issues, Black Men's Mental Health, Military trauma, faith-based connection, stress management, self-care, and life direction.
My approach
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Other clinical modalities I incorporate include Reality Therapy, Client-Centered, Brief Solution, Faith Integration, and more as needed to support your unique needs.
