Hi there, I'm Stephanie!

Life transitions can be challenging. Facing change and making decisions about who you want to be and what you want to accomplish takes time and intention to meet your goals. I want to help you figure out what is most important to you and how you can align your actions to your values, with curiosity and compassion.

My focus

I prefer working with adults who are seeking change. I have experience with various mental health conditions as well as those working towards substance use recovery. I am willing to work with uncomfortable topics, with the goal of accepting ourselves as we are and working towards our ideal selves.

My approach

I pull from many therapeutic approaches to tailor the sessions to the person in front of me. I frequently lean into Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, using creative problem-solving and humor when appropriate. We will gauge progress toward current goals and adjust the plan as needed.
