I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life. I believe we all should be afforded an opportunity to grow, alleviate distress, and achieve our goals. I have years of experience working with clients who are experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, and difficulty managing anger and/or impulsiveness.
My approach
My approach is client-centered. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients to create a therapeutic relationship where trust can allow for the open exploration of thoughts and feelings. Common approaches I like to utilize include Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, to name a few.
