Hi there, I'm Jennifer!

Have you ever felt that you were just going through the motions and unsure where to go next? You are not the only one that feels this way. I help clients navigate anxiety, lacking motivation, self-doubt, and life changes with curiosity and compassion. My goal is to help you to feel more encouraged, confident, and present to yourself and life.

My focus

Struggling with life and negative thinking patterns? I work with children, adolescents, and adults to navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and self-confidence challenges. Together, we'll build an individualized treatment plan that promotes growth to assist you to overcome the hurdles and feel successful.

My approach

I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CB T) to help you to identify and reshape negative thinking patterns. My approach is supportive and collaborative, giving you techniques to feel more in control. I may also incorporate mindfulness or other techniques to support you and your unique goals and direction.
