Hi there, I'm LaShell!

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and AAMFT Supervisor Candidate. I have been a therapist for over 10 years. I love working with adults in diverse populations of different races, cultures, and ethnicities.

My focus

I work with clients 18 years and older with individuals, couples, and marriages. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, anger management, marriage/pre-marital counseling, and Christian counseling.

My approach

My approach integrates several different therapies to meet people where they are. The goal is to help individuals, couples, and families gain clarity, connection, and confidence in their personal and relational lives. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to journey alongside you.

My goal is the create a safe and supportive space where curiosity, compassion, and courage meet—and where my clients to thrive. Joining with them on the journey to heal. I am warm, direct, and collaborative.
