My approach is simple: come as you are and work together to get you where you would like to be. Using a variety of therapeutic tools, my goal is to help guide you through life's transitions—loss through divorce or death, career changes, aging, and empty nesting—and the overwhelming feelings they bring.

My communication style

My communication style is open and relaxed- if you think it, you can say it! I'm an active listener who creates a judgment-free zone. My goal is to make you feel comfortable, as if you're talking to someone you've known for years.

My journey to mental healthcare

My career as a therapist came from a simple desire to help others. My drive is to see the change in people that they want to see in themselves. My joy comes from watching individuals grow and find clarity as their journey unfolds.

Our first session

Our first session is going to be getting to know one another. We'll talk about why you're seeking therapy, what you're feeling, and what you'd like life to look like. I ask open-ended questions so you feel free to share openly. You will also be welcome to ask me questions to make sure that we are a good fit for one another.
