I think my past clients would describe me as a laid-back and attentive listener. This way, the clients have the freedom to share anything on their minds and at their own pace.

My journey to mental healthcare

As a person from the island of Kauai, I felt like I did not have the opportunity, nor was I allowed to share my thoughts and feelings freely. If you are having difficulty expressing your thoughts and/or feelings, I can empathize with your struggle. I hope to provide a comfortable atmosphere to facilitate expressing yourself.

My goals for you

I believe that it's important for the client to set goals, and if they need help, then we can work together to identify what is essential.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brings you to therapy. I'll ask about your background, current concerns, and what you hope to achieve. This is your space to share openly at your own pace, and together we'll begin identifying goals that feel meaningful to you.
