My approach adapts to your unique needs and goals. I draw from Client-Centered, CBT, and solution-focused therapies, tailoring each session to what serves you best. Above all, I prioritize building a safe, secure relationship where healing can unfold and you can move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

My journey to mental healthcare

After having had a significant loss in my life, my twins, I was led by an RN from Kapi'olani Hospital to become a grief therapist. My journey has been long and insightful. In my 18 years of practice, the compelling nature of how people respond to therapy and to bear witness to their healing process is my motivation for continuing.
