My clients historically have been varied. I have worked with adolescents, individual adults, couples, families with young children, and families with teenagers of various cultures. I prefer to help without restrictions of race, culture, or orientation. ALL people are welcome.

My approach

Life requires different approaches depending on the client's needs. I use evidence-based approaches to help alleviate my client's challenges. I typically rely on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Bowen's Transgenerational Model, Structural Family Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
