My focus
I work with children, teens, adults, and families who have experienced trauma. I enjoy advocating for clients struggling with gender identity or LGBTQ+ issues. I work with people experiencing high levels of anger, anxiety, and depression. I love working with couples in therapy and pre-marital sessions.
My approach
I use an eclectic approach to therapy, utilizing many different modalities depending on the needs of the client. My approach includes but is not limited to CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Experiential, Psychodynamic, Brief Solution-Focused, Narrative, Gestalt, and Reframing. In Couples therapy, I utilize Gottman's approach.
