This process will help you gain tools to nurture healthier relationships, feel more grounded, and create lasting change.

Our first session

Our first session is a space to get to know each other. We'll explore what brought you to therapy, your unique background and experiences, and the goals you may have for our work together. Because therapy is collaborative, this initial meeting also helps us see if we're a good fit to continue working together.
