I tailor sessions to meet the needs of each age group, ensuring that therapy is age-appropriate and effective.

My approach is always strength-based and client-centered. I believe a foundation of trust and true connection is key to a strong therapeutic relationship. I often pull from Person-centered and Solution-focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness practices to meet your unique needs.
