I have been providing individual therapy as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California and Hawaii for over 30 years. I utilize skills from various orientations to support clients in discovering and acknowledging their truth and to take steps toward achieving their goals. I see myself as both a partner and a guide in walking a pathway of growth.
My focus
I work with individuals 18 and older, many of whom were raised in families where addiction or mental health challenges were active. We explore the present, the past, and the future you hope for, discovering and overcoming obstacles to greater life satisfaction.
My approach
Trained in humanistic, transpersonal, and somatically informed psychology, with a Jungian-oriented foundation, I find therapy to be a different journey with each client. Because both the therapist and the client create the relationship, how we work together is based on the unique needs the client brings.
