I work with adolescents and adults navigating self-esteem struggles, stress, anxiety, life changes, relationship communication, and family conflicts. My approach is collaborative, helping you recognize your strengths and full potential through supportive, encouraging therapy.

My focus

I support young adults dealing with life transitions, stress, and conflicts that show up as overwhelming anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and difficulty expressing feelings or communicating with others. Everyone faces personal challenges that make daily life difficult at times.

I use Client-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to meet your unique needs. These approaches bring out your strengths, elevate self-esteem and confidence, and help you see challenges from new perspectives.

My communication style

My style is calm and present, creating space for you to be heard and express what you're feeling and thinking. I meet you where you are, with an open mind and understanding that everyone copes differently. You can share whatever is on your mind comfortably.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always connected with others as someone who listens when people need to express emotions. I became a therapist to provide guidance and support through life's difficulties, helping people see their strengths and navigate challenges confidently while living purposeful, meaningful lives.
