My approach
I use cognitive-behavioral therapy to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns, and may incorporate mindfulness and meditation. During our initial sessions, we'll explore your issues, set goals, and collaborate to create a plan. Together, we'll identify challenges and work on strategies to help you move forward.
