My journey to mental healthcare

I was inspired to become a therapist by my mother, who studied psychology and shared stories of her work with me. I found an interest in the human brain and how it affects our spirit. I believe that we can all improve our mental health through intention and have found honor in holding space for others.

My goals for you

I trust my clients to be experts in their experience. I share my observations and suggest approaches towards improvements when working with clients, but let them take the lead on dictating their goals and how I can be most helpful to them.

Our first session

During our first session, I will introduce myself and typically complete an assessment so that I can get an understanding of your goals and how various factors may affect them. Of course, we can hold off on the assessment if you have an immediate concern to discuss.
