I hold a calm, non-judgmental, and supportive environment, giving you space to explore life issues and experiences. I strive to build rapport that allows you to feel heard and understood. I practice active listening and clear, open communication.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy came later in life. I became a social worker first, helping clients with chronic illness adjust to a new normal. It was in this setting that I discovered how powerful therapy can be in helping clients heal, and it solidified my commitment to this field.

My goals for you

Collaboration is key in setting goals. Whether you are working on self-esteem, getting rid of old thought patterns that don't serve you anymore, or working through stress or trauma, we will work together to identify what works best for you. I will create a caring partnership where you feel you have the tools you need to move forward.

Our first session

Our first session will be an opportunity for you to share what is bringing you to therapy. I will listen non-judgmentally and ask questions to help me better understand you and how we can best work together. Therapy is a process, and my role is to guide you to a deeper understanding and help you get closer to where you want to be.
