In our sessions, I provide a space where you can simply show up and talk, no pressure to have it all figured out. Many of my clients appreciate having a place to vent, reflect, and be truly heard. While I may offer tools or perspectives when helpful, my role is to support your process and help you uncover your own insights and next steps.

I was drawn to becoming a therapist because I value listening and helping others make sense of their lives. I'm driven by the opportunity to provide a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, feel more grounded, and be understood.

I approach goal setting collaboratively, at a pace that feels comfortable for each client. I meet you where you are, helping identify meaningful goals and supporting you step by step, so progress feels manageable and aligned with your needs.
