I work with clients presenting with a broad range of issues, from anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief issues, self-growth, spirituality, and life stressors and transitions. As your therapist, I hope to guide you as you navigate through the pit stops and detours in your life journey.

My approach in therapy is eclectic, focused on a Person-Centered approach, along with other therapeutic modalities appropriate to your needs.

I provide a warm, safe, caring, respectful, and non-judgmental space for you to share and process what is most important to you. I'll meet you where you are at this time in your life, and we can start from there.

My journey to mental healthcare

From an early age, I was told I had the ability to really listen, and people felt heard when they opened up to me. Over time, I realized that helping others was my true path, and it came naturally for me. Seeing my clients improve is what keeps me motivated and passionate about the work that I do.
