I support adults living with anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, identity shifts, and intergenerational stress. My work is relational and somatic, creating a steady space where you can feel less alone, reconnect with yourself, and begin to move from survival toward relief, clarity, and growth.

I work with adults who feel overextended, emotionally distant, or unsure of what comes next. I have a special commitment to queer, BIPOC, and immigrant-rooted communities. I support people experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and identity concerns.

My approach centers on safety, trust, and choice. Sessions balance structure with space for what feels most present. I draw from relational therapy, somatic awareness, and psychodynamic work, integrating cognitive and behavioral strategies when helpful.
