I specialize in supporting clients who struggle with issues surrounding lack of self-esteem, trust issues, and purpose in life. I will genuinely listen to and hear your concerns. I will work with you to guide you in gaining an understanding of your goals and will help find solutions for your concerns.

My focus

Typical clients whom I have worked with are children, teenagers, young adults, adults, and couples. I am working with clients who have anxiety, depression, physical trauma, sexual trauma, and relationship challenges.

My approach to therapy uses Client-Centered, Motivational Interviewing, Strength-based, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavior, and Play Therapy.

During my sessions, I provide a comfortable and casual environment where the client feels safe to share their thoughts and feelings with curiosity.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have personally experienced a wide array of situations in my lifetime that have nurtured a passion in me to help others who are experiencing challenges. They should not have to face their challenges alone.

The first session is a time for the client and therapist to learn about each other. During this time both client and therapist will gauge the potential of how the therapeutic dynamics will benefit the client. This is usually determined through open conversations during the initial session.
