I bring care and cultural awareness into every session. My goal is to create a space where you can show up fully as yourself and remove the mask we often wear for others. I will meet you where you are and assist in finding a path forward even if you don't know what that is yet.

My approach is person-centered and focused on getting to know each client as an individual. I allow clients to lead, while stepping in with guided questions or taking a more active role when needed. I gently challenge unhelpful thinking and integrate CBT to support insight, skill-building, and meaningful change.

My communication style is warm, conversational, and supportive. I aim to create a space where clients feel comfortable and understood, like talking to a trusted friend, while maintaining professional boundaries and offering thoughtful guidance to support growth and clarity.

My journey to mental healthcare

I’ve always been drawn to helping others and supporting people in their growth. I became a therapist to ensure everyone has the opportunity to make progress, reach their goals, and feel empowered to live authentically and comfortably in their own truth.

I approach goal setting by identifying areas of concern while listening closely for what clients share that feels most important to move forward with. Together, we clarify meaningful goals that align with their values, readiness, and desired direction for growth.
