I have received extensive training in many trauma-focused modalities. Along my professional and spiritual journey, I have been trained in Advanced Clinical Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, Breathwork, Subtle Energy, Mediumship, and Shamanic traditions. I continue to grow and expand, and enjoy sharing all that I learn with those that I encounter.
My focus
No one changes unless they want to. Not if you shame them. Not if you use reason, emotion, or tough love. There's only one thing that makes someone change: their realization that they need to do it.
My approach
Life is an experience that is full of unplanned, unexpected events that can be difficult to deal with- but it is all surmountable! I truly believe that once we can clear away some of the egos, our inner voice/higher self can be heard, and if we choose to listen, that is when incredible shifts in life begin! Shifts that lead to our best selves!
