I have a passion for working with individuals and families experiencing mental health concerns, substance abuse, and significant life changes such as menopause, burnout, and end-of-life issues. Together, we will create a safe space to talk about what matters most to you. I believe in your potential to heal within.
My focus
I work with adults of any gender, including non-binary, and people of all ethnicities. I have a strong background treating individuals experiencing serious mental illnesses such as major depression, psychosis, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse issues.
My approach
My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, strength-based, and client-centered. I guide you in somatic practices that connect to the wisdom within your body to build insight and connection to emotions and life experiences that have held you back. I also integrate dialectical and cognitive behavioral skills and lifestyle medicine coaching.
