I offer compassionate guidance and deep listening as an expressive arts therapist and coach. My background in Sandplay Therapy, yoga, and Ayurveda informs my holistic framework. I enjoy co-creating space for meaning-making and healing, working through stuck areas, and developing creative tools for managing life's stressors.

I work well with clients struggling to find balance amidst life's stressors. I have experience with LGBTQIA+ youth and people navigating anxiety, depression, body image, identity formation, life transitions, existential angst, and relational challenges. I work with youth, adults, parents, and families to develop tools to support growth and healing.
