I work with adults seeking help for their anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger management, and trauma. My goal is to empower you to develop strategies that support your safety, personal growth, and well-being. I work solely on telehealth across the Hawaiian islands–this means you can be in your safe space for your session.

I help individuals identify triggers, manage their emotions, improve communication, and address anger in pro-social ways. My work focuses on breaking down barriers, reducing anxiety, and improving mental health. It's okay to be angry, sad, upset—it's what you do with that emotion that matters.
My approach
My approach is based on unconditional positive regard—I believe you can be successful. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Somatic Therapy to help transform your inner critic into your cheerleader. I encourage coping devices and relaxation techniques while empowering you to reinforce positive, helpful behavior.
