Hi there, I'm Jaime!

I would be honored to walk with you on your healing journey—whether you're facing terminal illness, serious health challenges, life transitions, grief, trauma, or PTSD. I work with adults of all ages, offering a compassionate and safe space to explore, process, and heal. You don't have to carry this burden alone.

My focus

I enjoy working with adults navigating life transitions, complex PTSD, acute trauma, grief, and the emotional challenges that come with chronic or terminal illness. I also help survivors of institutional trauma rebuild their lives as they recover and uncover the self they always wanted to be.

My approach

Internal Family Systems therapy helps us recognize the different parts of ourselves, each shaped by unique life experiences. Understanding these parts can unlock the freedom to reconnect with our true selves. By exploring these inner aspects, we gain clarity, allowing us to live more authentically and embrace our full truth.

In our sessions, we will work together as a team through open conversation and self-exploration. I believe that building a safe, trusting relationship is the foundation for meaningful and successful therapeutic work.

My journey to becoming a therapist was unexpected, but it felt deeply right. Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and see if our styles align. We'll discuss your goals and what you hope to gain from therapy. You'll lead and decide how much to share. I understand retelling your story can feel overwhelming. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you.
