I primarily work with adults who are experiencing stress or anxiety and other challenges related to life transitions and relationships with others. I also work with families and couples who are interested in addressing ineffective patterns of behavior and learning communication strategies to improve their relationships.
My approach
My approach is based on the client's needs, with a supportive relationship that encourages self-compassion and self-awareness. The work is integrative, most commonly using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, and Psychoanalytic Theory.
