My focus

Most clients that I work with are adults ranging from 40 to 80. I sometimes work with young adults aged 18-30.

My approach

In therapy, there are multiple approaches depending on the concerns being addressed. Some of my most practiced are solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based.

The tone of my therapeutic work aims to offer like conversations where both client and therapist feel comfortable.

My journey to mental healthcare

Growing up, people would always have conversations with me. I was told in elementary school by one of my counselors that I would do well in this field. After graduating from high school, I continued my education at the University of Hawaii to do just that.
