Hi there, I'm Triseugeny!

Still getting hijacked by the same reactions despite knowing yourself well? Therapy here isn't talk therapy that circles the same story. It's working where trauma actually lives, in body and lived experience, so you can reclaim what got lost and finally shift in practice, not just in understanding. If that resonates, this is your work.

My focus

I work with adults shaped by complex trauma, challenging family systems, cultural dynamics, and intergenerational patterns that influence how they relate, hold emotion, and move through life. They want to meet their inner experience with more clarity and support. They are ready to do the deep work that leads to lived transformation.

My approach

We track thoughts, emotions, and body responses as they unfold. I adjust pace based on what's emerging, slowing down for depth when needed. Drawing on somatic awareness, parts work (IFS), and depth psychology, we bring unconscious patterns to light so new responses can be integrated.
