My focus

I typically work with individual clients with a variety of difficulties in life, varying from symptoms of mental illness to anxiety and depression. I can help manage a variety of life challenges, such as job stress, traumatic experiences, and grief counseling.

My approach

Using a person-centered approach, my therapeutic technique will be tailored to your needs. I specialize in building a trusting relationship with my clients, and your goals will be the focus of sessions. You will have an active role in your recovery, and I'm here to help you obtain the life you strive for and deserve.

My communication style

I create a safe space for my clients by first building a trusting relationship to ensure the client feels comfortable before sharing. Once the relationship is built, the sessions will be tailored to the client's needs, and the client will have an active role in directing their recovery.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always known I want to help people. During graduate school, becoming a therapist felt right as the work with my clients was fulfilling, and I was beginning to see change in individuals after sessions. I have been able to make changes in people's lives for the better, which drives me to continue doing the work I love.

My goals for you

Goal setting will be based on what the client's current needs are. As the therapist, with the client, each goal will be prioritized, and the client will help to assist in what goal to approach first and how that will be done.

Our first session

The client can expect the first session to be involved with building a relationship. The client and I will be working toward getting to know each other and gaining comfort.
