Many of my clients are high-functioning but emotionally overwhelmed and seeking clarity, balance, and resilience. I support clients in building emotional regulation skills and helping them reconnect with what matters most.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to psychology at a young age through a middle school science fair project that looked at what motivated human behavior.
