Being born and raised in Hawaii, I've been able to work with clients of all ages/backgrounds. Diagnoses range from depression to anxiety, trauma, various psychotic disorders, and substance use. Whether you’re managing mental-health symptoms, navigating interpersonal challenges, or just focusing on personal growth, I am here to facilitate healing.

Regardless of what my clients are facing, I aim to provide a safe space where one can share openly and feel heard/understood. I want to focus on enriching my clients' daily life through small targeted changes that build coping skills and support acceptance of the many challenges life brings.

I believe in meeting my clients where they are at. Tailoring therapy to fit their individualized needs/goals. I utilize humanistic, CBT, and psychodynamic theories while also creating a flexible framework that draws from multiple therapeutic approaches. I aim to make our work collaborative, leaning heavily on strengths-based approaches.
