My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating others with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into mental health work began with my first job in a crisis shelter for youth. I walked into that role not fully knowing what to expect, but what I found there changed me. I met young people navigating trauma, instability, and systems that often failed them. Being in that space ignited something in me.

My goals for you

Whether you have short-term or long-term goals or just need the help to get through a unique challenge, I will provide support, focus on calming techniques, coping skills, new thinking, and foster growth through empowerment.
