Focus is placed on supporting clients moving through grief, bereavement, and the many forms of loss that shape our lives. Whether the loss involves a person, a relationship, a job, or a transition, clients are guided in exploring their experiences, goals, and evolving sense of self.

Mindfulness and cognitive‑behavioral techniques are integrated with an awareness of cultural context. Clients are supported in exploring how their thoughts and behaviors shape their experiences, within a safe and supportive space for growth and self‑understanding.
