My focus
I work with people experiencing depression and anxiety, which often underlie other emotional and behavioral health issues. I specialize in helping young adults and middle to older adults in crisis or transition who struggle with low self-esteem, interpersonal conflicts, and trauma break through self-deprecating mindsets.
My approach
My approach is strengths-based and personal. I use tools like the Strong Interest Inventory, Myers Briggs, and DBT methods to help you identify your passions and life pathways, and embrace aspects of yourself that may be blocking progress. I also appreciate mindfulness and self-realization methods that emphasize acceptance and growth.
