Life can be really challenging at times. We are human, and sometimes need help and support. I look forward to walking with you amidst both your sufferings and wins. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to identify unhelpful thought patterns and work with you to implement more helpful ones.
My focus
The majority of my clients are in their teens, 20s, and 30s. I work with clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and school challenges.
My approach
I implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as our thoughts have a strong impact on our emotions and behaviors. Our thoughts determine how we view ourselves, others, and situations. I will work with you to identify unhelpful thought patterns and replace them with rational thoughts. If you prefer just a space to share, that is completely fine too.
