I work with individuals ages 5 to 25 and specialize in anxiety, stress, behavioral concerns, and LGBTQIA+. My inspiration for becoming a counselor is my wonderful siblings, who taught me the importance of support, which I hope to be for you.
My focus
My style works well with children and adolescents dealing with life transitions, peer or family difficulties, school issues, anxiety, stress, and lack of coping strategies. I have experience with the LGBTQIA+ population and relate well to their experiences.
My approach
My approach to therapy is based on the needs of the clients I work with; however, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Client-Centered Therapy, are the modalities I use most often. I believe that these modalities allow me to help support my clients on their therapeutic journeys toward their goals.
