I like to create a safe and nurturing environment for clients. I want those I support to feel comfortable, safe, and open to share during our time together.

My journey to mental healthcare

I love to meet new people and help others. I really like meeting individuals where they are at, which is why I was driven to the field of clinical social work and became a mental health therapist.

My goals for you

I like to meet clients where they are at and find out their goals, then we can work together to create a plan to work towards achieving those goals.

Our first session

In the first sessions, I like to just get to know folks and see what is bringing them to therapy and what their goals are. I think this is a special time to connect and build a relationship that can be safe, supportive, and therapeutic.
