My approach to therapy is very collaborative because I think change is a process we all go through together. I have worked mostly with children from infants to high school, neurodevelopmental disorders (ADHD, Autism), and various substance abuse disorders.

I have worked mostly with children from infants to high school, neurodevelopmental disorders (ADHD, Autism), and various substance abuse disorders. I've done a lot of work with managing emotions, coping skills, self-esteem, assertive communication, and behavior modification.
My approach
My main inspiration for therapy is a woman named Virginia Satir. She was called the “Mother of Family Therapy” and had a very patient, nurturing style. I fall under what is called the humanistic or client-centered approach, which tailors therapy to the needs and style of the client.
